Staged Readings

Prior to the current production, there have been six staged readings of Freudian Slips just off Broadway. These events featured wonderful performances by very talented actors with wonderful direction. Each of the previous readings added to the creative evolution of the play, leading to the current production.

Among the exceptional actors of Freudian Slips:
    Brad Oscar known on Broadway as Max in The Producers, having originated the role of Franz Liebkind, for which he received a Tony nomination. Other credits include Jekyll & Hyde, Aspects of Love, and Forbidden Broadway.

    Michael McGrath who played Groucho Marx in The Cocoanuts. His credits include 1776 (John Adams), George M! (George), The Music Man (Harold Hill), and Sugar Babies (Top Banana).
